The Warner Brothers and the Warner Sister, created in the Warner Bros. Studio in Hollywood, but locked away in the water tower because they were completely out of control and their mannerisms and cartoons made no sense. Years later, they escaped, and serve as the main characters in an educational sketch comedy cartoon show that involves slapstick, cultural references, elementary school lessons, and musical numbers.

The eldest of the Warner brothers (and sister), characterized by his long brown slacks. His smooth talking and improv comedy personality easily makes him the leader of the siblings. He's a big-time smart alec, and can come up with a comeback to just about anything. Yakko and Wakko are known for leaping into the arms of any beautiful woman they meet and shout "HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NURSE!" Falling head over heels in love. He also has the innate skill of singing all the world's nations and words in the English language without missing a beat (mostly). His idol is Michelle Pfeiffer.

Wakko Warner: Jess Harnell

The middle Warner brother, characterized by his red cap and blue sweater (but no pants). He is the workhorse and ultimate tool of the trio, able to use his body in various beneficial and cartoonish ways. He also carries a magic satchel, which can hold all kinds of objects, from appliances to people. Wakko and Yakko are known for leaping into the arms of any beautiful woman they meet and shout "HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NURSE!" Falling head over heels in love. Oh, and he is also the biggest eater of the three. In the world of opera, he is a famous belching musician known as the Great Wakkarotti. His idol is Don Knotts.

Dot Warner: Tress MacNeille

The Warner sister, characterized by her pink skirt and flower bow. Her full name is "Princess Angelina Contessa Louisa Francesca Banana Fanna Bo Besca the Third". Extremely cute and thoroughly aware of it, she is very confident but a bit vain and selfish at times. She is also the most overtly aggressive. She is easily miffed at her brothers' reactions around women; afterwards she often says, "Boys: go fig." She's not that far apart, though, as she's exactly the same with attractive men. Her idol is Mel Gibson.
