Cain Marko is the stepbrother and former war ally of Professor Charles Xavier, and a loyal follower of Magneto. He wasn't born a mutant, but he acquired his immense strength from a ruby he found within the hidden temple of Cyttorak. He is able to effortlessly brush aside his enemies with a single attack and smash through any kind of blockades, but removing his specialized helmet leaves him susceptible to Xavier's psychic powers, and that is how he was defeated when he returned to bring down the X-Men, and confront his brother. Lately, he has been known to go it alone or join the good guys, all for the sake of staying on top of the game, because in the end, the Juggernaut is loyal only to the Juggernaut.
