An American CIA undercover agent, posing as a Shadaloo member to acquire information. She wears a suit made by S.I.N that allows her to control electricity, fire and seismic energy. Because of her cold-blooded and condescending nature, she is an immediate rival to Chun-Li and Cammy. She also has a daughter named Lauren, who is the only being other than money to motivate her to finish a job perfectly, and the only person she shows a much softer side of herself to.
